SCOPE OF APPLICABILITY
Terms of delivery apply to circular cross-section tubes complying with the EN 10296-2 standard,
made of cold rolled stainless steel and TIG welding.
It is possible to brush tubes or grind them in granulation 240 and 320.
TOLERANCES ALLOWED IN MEASURES AND FORMS
All tolerances governed by individual standard EN 10296-2.
1. Tubes length
Usually the tubes length is L= 6000 mm, with -0/+5 mm tolerance. If wanted the length can be
from 4000 mm to 6000 mm.
2. Wall thickness
Deviation in wall thickness is +/- 10% ali 0,2 mm.
3. Outside Diameter
Deviation for outside diameter, incl. With irregular/incomplete circularity:
- D <= 168,3 mm: +/-0,75 % or +/- 0,3 mm; higher value is valid.
- D > 168,3 mm: +/-1,0 %
4. Deviation from straightness
Allowed deviation from straightness could be 1,5 mm/meter at the most.
PACKAGING
Tubes are cut at a roughly right angle with their ends finished.
There are two ways of packaging:
- brushed tubes – packed in boundle, wrapped with metal band and lined with gastropen
- tubes grinded in 240 granulation or more – each tube packed in PVC and all together packed in a boundle with metal band and lined with gastropen
Tubes are arranged and strapped into the smaller or bigger packages:
- O 50 – 37 pcs (222 m) or. 11 pcs (66 m)
- O 25, O 30, O 32 – 61 pcs (366 m) oz. 11 pcs (66 m)
